  XX食品有限公司成本控制问题研究
  近几年来，世界经济处于一个低靡的状态，中国经济也不例外。在竞争激烈的市场环境下，许多企业纷纷寻找有效地方法使自己能够度过难关。除了开发新产品、占领市场份额外，降低企业成本，获得更大的利润空间，成为现在许多企业重点关注的问题。文章通过分析XX食品有限公司存在的问题，包括成本控制内容缺失、成本控制方法不合理、成本控制意识较弱、成本控制制度不健全；提出加强XX食品有限公司成本控制的策略，包括完善成本控制内容、合理选择成本控制方法、树立成本控制意识，完善成本控制制度等。
