  摘要
  改革开放近30年来，我国中小企业发展迅速，取得了重要的成就，中小企业已成为我国国民经济中一支重要的经济力量，在我国社会主义市场经济发展中发挥着重要的作用.中小企业在我国国民经济发展不可没。
  但是，近年来我国中小企业的发展也面临着融资难、人才缺、社会服务体系不健全、企业成本管理水平低等一些不容忽视和回避且垦待解决的老问题，同时又面临不断产生的新问题的压力。本文主要从成本管理的角度出发，认识我国中小企业在发展过程中成本管理存在的问题，经过分析，提出了强化我国中小企业成本管理的几点对策。
