  ABSTRACTPrivate enterprises developed rapidly in recent years,but its development still facing various man-made and natural constraints. Especially its financial management is very confusion. Financial management is the core of enterprise management，but most private enterprise financial management system is not perfect,they so not have enough capacity and experience to raise and make full use of funds,and maybe result in accounting, tax, industry and commerce, foreign exchange risks. These risks may make private enterprises decline or even bankruptcy.Then this paper will mainly study the prombles of financial management of private enterprises and advance the countermeasures of financial management of private enterprises.
