  Today,we remember the day of destruction.Today, we honor those who fell. We suffered that day. We suffered and we grieved. But then we did what we do best. We came back stronger. We came back united. 14:28 of May 12th,2008, thanks to the earthquake, this nation has transformed from a people who saw their country as a place worth enjoying to a poeple who saw their country as a place worth fighting for and even worth dying to protect.
  
  We burried our dead. We mourned for them. Today, we clean up our ashes; tomorrow, we will rise up from the ruins.
