  Small and medium-sized enterprises in the export trade is an important component of China's foreign trade business, but after the financial crisis in 2008, the small and medium-sized enterprises in export trade issues have seriously restricted the development of small and medium-sized enterprises of foreign trade. Research on small and medium enterprises in export trade problems and countermeasures have important theoretical and practical significance to our country's export trade.
  本文以我国中小企业的发展现状为背景，从中小企业外贸对我国外贸发展的意义和中小企业出口贸易的特点出发，指出我国中小企业出口贸易存在的问题及解决对策。其存在的问题主要表现为出口产品以低附加值的劳动密集型产品为主；升值，生产经营成本剧增；国际贸易环境恶化；中小企业融资困难。在此基础上，本文分别从和企业层面上提出对策措施，指出应推动企业信息化；降低中小企业生存压力；完善中小企业服务体系；建立中小企业融资体系，而企业应采取调整产品结构，培养技术创新能力；壮大产业集，发展商务；寻求新的市场，充分发挥行业协会的作用；树立信用意识，引进专业人才等措施，以期为我国中小企业出口贸易的健康发展做出贡献。
  Based on the background of the development of SMEs in China, starting from the meaning of SMEs in foreign trade on China's foreign trade and small and medium-sized enterprises export trade, points out the existing export trade problems of SMEs in China and countermeasures. The problems mainly for the export of products with low value-added labor-intensive products; the appreciation of the renminbi, the production and business operation cost in international trade; environmental degradation; the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises. On this basis, this paper puts forward measures from the government and the enterprise level, pointing out that the government should promote the enterprise informatization; reduce the pressure of survival of small and medium-sized enterprises; improve the service system for SMEs; establish the SME financing system, the enterprise should take the adjustment of product structure, cultivating technical innovative capability; developing industrial cluster, the development of electronic commerce; to seek new market, give full play to the role of industry associations; establish the credit consciousness, the introduction of professional personnel and other measures, in order to make contributions to the healthy development of the export trade of China's small and medium enterprises.
