  浅议建筑施工企业财务管理
  摘要:有效地充足的资金运作是企业得以生存发展的基础,因而资金管理也就成为企业财务管理的中心任务。因此对资金的管理水平将直接影响到企业的经济效益,关系到企业的生存与发展。建筑市场的竞争日趋激烈,建筑施工企业出现了一系列资金问题如工程垫资越来越多,拖欠工程款居高不下,资金紧张日益突出,这些严重地制约了企业的生存和发展,弱化了企业的市场竞争力。改革建筑企业的资金管理,加速流动资金周转,减少资金占用,提高资金的利用效率就成为建筑企业重视和关心的重点。本文将针对建筑企业资金管理现存的问题进行分析的基础上,就建筑企业的资金管理问题的对策作做了简要论述。
